Our coaches provide the students with industry insights, 1-1 coaching, and additional resources to complete their learning journeys.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
- The student has the right to cancel the course registration up to three days after paying the enrollment fee with 100% enrollment fee refunded.
- The request for cancellation must be sent in writing to Student Support Team via email at support@healthtechacademy.org or call at +1 855-596-6891
- Beyond that, the student can request to cancel the program by notifying the Student Support Team, but must agree with the following policies.
- After the first three days of paying the enrolment fee, it is non-refundable.
- The students are required to pay by the 10th of the month if they are paying in instalments.
- If the payment is over-due for 15 days, the program access will be held.
- The enrolment will be cancelled if the payment is over-due for 30 days.
- Students with enrolments cancelled due to payment being over-due can only re-enrol by paying full deposit again.
